My finance and I have really enjoyed living here. It's located in a quiet, safe town, within walking distance to the small downtown area. We also love living by the park and taking walks by a pond and wooded trails.
The resident manager, Paula, is awesome. She is very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. She is excellent at communicating with me every time I've reached out to her. She has always been very reasonable in all my interactions with her.
I feel the apartments are affordable for the space you get in return. They are well kept, clean and not outdated looking.
It can take awhile for maintenance to get out to the apartment unless it's something urgent. All of the maintenance guys we've met are friendly though.
We like it here and would continue to stay if it wasn't as far from work.
