I lived here from 2016-2018 and loved it. The location is perfect with a big park with many activities right behind the apartments. Leaving a review now because I was looking back into the area to visit that park again soon and was surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I didn't have any of the issues discussed in the negative reviews. Maintenance work was done timely, when I had an issue with the toilet when we lived there, they replaced the toilet right away, and I always received advanced notice whenever maintenance needed to enter my apartment. The place is pet friendly with a dog park just a short walk away. I had a smooth process applying for and moving into my apartment, as well as getting a final walkthrough when I moved out in 2018. I received my security deposit back in full. I would highly recommend these apartments, and Paula was always friendly and responsive by text.

My finance and I have really enjoyed living here. It's located in a quiet, safe town, within walking distance to the small downtown area. We also love living by the park and taking walks by a pond and wooded trails. The resident manager, Paula, is awesome. She is very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. She is excellent at communicating with me every time I've reached out to her. She has always been very reasonable in all my interactions with her. I feel the apartments are affordable for the space you get in return. They are well kept, clean and not outdated looking. It can take awhile for maintenance to get out to the apartment unless it's something urgent. All of the maintenance guys we've met are friendly though. We like it here and would continue to stay if it wasn't as far from work.
